Reservation Policy -

  • Confirmation of accommodation and travel services is subject to availability
  • Confirmation of a Package is subject to the receipt of 50% advance payment, and of the remaining balance 10 days before the date of initial departure.

Refund & Cancellation Policy -

  • Booking cancellation 30 days prior to the date of initial departure : 95% refund
  • Booking cancellation 29-20 days prior to the date of initial departure : 50% refund
  • Booking cancellation 0-19 days prior to the date of initial departure / NO SHOW : Zero refund
  • No refund during Diwali, X-mas, New-Year periods, festivals and peak-season periods
  • No refund for any partly/wholly unused services, e.g. transportation, accommodation, missed meal, sight-seeing, cruise portion, etc.
  • No refund, compensation or claim will be entertained for shortening of a tour listed in the itinerary, or any cancellation, route-change, delay of any means of transport due to any reason whatsoever, including Force Majeure, unsuitable weather, etc..

Terms -

  • A Quote is tentative, until payment for a Reservation/Booking for travel/accommodation/meals/services is made
  • Air-fares/Accommodation-tariffs are subject to availability at the time of the payment of advance
  • Prevalent check-in time is 1400/1500hrs. & check-out time is 1100/1200hrs.
  • Early check-in & late check-out are subject to availability. Advance booking is required to hold rooms on a definite basis 
  • Execution of any special request is subject to availability
  • Everything starting from the appearance/assembling of person(s) for the initial booked departure, to the arrival/dispersal of person(s) after the last booked arrival shall be collectively called "The Trip"
  • Taxes and levies like Airport tax, Hotel tax, Service tax, GST, other govt. taxes, etc. are subject to change at the time of booking without any prior notice and will be charged as per actual
  • A Quote is valid for the date of quote or for the dates/period exclusively mentioned
  • We at ‘M/s OneaimExcellence Travel Café Pvt. Ltd.’ act only as handling agents and would provide all services to the best of our abilities, however we cannot be held responsible/liable for any sub-standard/failed services provided by any Cab/Bus/Train/Airline/Ferry/other transport services, Portage/Cartage/Carriage services, Hotels/Resorts/other accommodation services, Restaurants/other Eateries, Guides/other Facilitators, etc..

M/s Oneaimexcellence Travel Café Pvt. Ltd. will not be liable for the following -

  • Any injury, or harm/loss of life to any person during The Trip
  • Any harm to/loss of any printed tickets/vouchers during The Trip. However in such a case we shall provide assistance to our client to the best of our abilities
  • Any harm to/loss of luggage/belongings during The Trip
